DFID Development Awareness Fund Mini Grants : is aimed at organisations or networks with an interest in Development Education work in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland who want to undertake 1-3 year projects which seek to raise awarness and understanding of international development issues; of our global interdependence; of the need for international development; and of the progress that has been made and that is possible. Global Opportunities Fund : A Foreign and Commonwealth Office fund to promote action on global issues in areas of strategic importance to the UK, including climate change, energy and sustainable development. Click here to download information - [PDF 20Kb]

Global Schools Partnership : A British Council run programme which aims to promote partnerships between schools in the UK and those in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean.  Grants are available to support new and existing projects, with funding for reciprocal visits, materials, trips and subsistence.  Visit www.britishcouncil.org/globalschools.htm

Only Connect Sustainable Funding Bursary : Run by the National Council of Voluntary Organisation’s Sustainable Funding project, this bursary scheme enables voluntary and community organisations to explore their ideas for generating income by trading goods and services in a fun and practical way.
